People work hard, take risks with mortgages, rising interest rates, landlords provide housing for tenants, businesses employ people; and for all the hardships, the government penalise all property owners with this unfair and unjustifiable tax.
South Road, Croyden, Ridleyton, and between Port Road & Torrens Road, have been areas of neglect for many years, all require widening and improvement as a high priority. And Main North Road's congestion also needs addressing.
Why are young adolescents (children and teenagers) roaming the streets from 10 pm – 5 am, vandalising the Westwood development and Mansfield Park? Why are the parents not disciplining their children? Why do these adolescents feel the need to not be at home at night? And why is the government not adequately addressing such important community issues?
As an incentive for more people to install solar power on houses and businesses, the tariff paid to people who put electricity back into the grid should be increased from just 44¢ per kilowatt to $1 per kilowatt.

There is closure of schools as the government prefers to amalgamate all students in one big school; learning difficulties will worsen without the individual attention available in smaller schools and classes; open areas, such as ovals, are minimal; and restricted car parking causing traffic nightmares twice a day.
Will put a stop to the corruption, manipulation, spin and political parties disregarding the people who voted for them. Politicians continually break promises, and need to be held accountable.
In 2009, Mike Rann, said he was changing the “twenty year secret document papers rule” to a “ten year rule,” cabinet paper, so that he could see what the liberal government was doing at the time. This needs to be shortened even more, so that we can see what the current government has been getting up to.
Need secure long tenure, if they are doing the right thing; disruptive tenants should only receive a couple of warnings before effective action is taken against them.
